| ZTS Const., Inc is a locally owned Windsor business founded
by Zachariah T. Satrang in 1994. A self-starting entrepreneur,
Zach started in the home building industry as a framing carpenter,
constructing the framework for a large number of homebuilders
in Fort Collins and Windsor. Zach's fundamental values are demonstrated
in his ability to construct high quality homes with a unique
attention to detail. This concentration on craftsmanship initiated
his well-earned and highly regarded reputation for integrity
and reliability. As a direct result of his passion for quality,
Zach recognized the importance of contributing to the residential
building industry and to the responsible growth of Windsor in
a more meaningful fashion. As a result, ZTS Const., Inc. was
formed with the basic principle of providing high quality homes
that are designed to suit the utmost desires of the homebuyer

| Since 1997, ZTS Const., Inc. has contributed to home development
in Governor's Farm, Water Valley, Pelican Hills, Grasslands
and Poudre Heights subdivisions in the Windsor area. Zach has
also been a primary builder in subdivisions in the greater Greeley
area. ZTS continues to be a part of the responsible growth of
Windsor and its surrounding Northern Colorado areas seeking
development opportunities in East Windsor, Severance and Timnath
that provide high-quality, affordable housing. Zach continually
seeks to reinvent ZTS Const., Inc. by understanding the changing
needs of homebuyers. This evolution has spurred new design styles
for starter and mid-level homes and has made semi-customization
common and affordable for every homebuyer. Most importantly,
an even greater emphasis will be put on creating an overall
